• The most exciting and challenging work of my career was in the last 4 years when I got to design and develop the in-house Order Management System for Target Digital platform. This event-based micro-service architecture was designed and built ground-up in under 2 years. The final product was robust and scalable enough to sustain a load of 450K+ orders per hour.
• I was intrinsically involved right from conceptualization and design phase. My primary responsibility involved developing one of the most critical services of the system, the orderallocation
• service. This service was not only challenging because of the business logic complexities but it needed to be a highly available, fault tolerant and extremely scalable service.
• Leading and mentoring other engineers, ensuring code quality while identifying solutions to critical problems and collaborating with product owners are among my regular responsibilities.
