• As the leader of the Risk Platform Engineering organisation spanning Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad centres, I am responsible for overseeing Seller Risk, Disputes, Account Tools and Collection portfolio engineering across PayPal.
• One of my key achievements has been owning and driving the end-to-end Customer Resolution Technology platform for PayPal Disputes, encompassing the entire experience from front-end to back-office processes. • Leading a global team of over 200 talented software engineers, I have facilitated real-time fraud detection, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics. These efforts have resulted in substantial savings by minimising losses and enhancing risk mitigation measures.
• Another significant accomplishment has been spearheading the delivery of a next-generation risk back-office platform architecture, which has significantly reduced operating costs and improved overall efficiency.
• In my pursuit of elevating the customer service experience, I have played a pivotal role in transforming PayPal's customer service approach. This transformation has not only strengthened our brand image and improved customer loyalty but also reduced operational costs while meeting customer service SLAs.
