I had the opportunity to work across multiple teams at Porter starting with Trucks for the first 3 months, then 8 months with the 2-Wheeler team, and later transitioning to the Partner Ecosystem platform team for the remainder of my tenure.
Led the end-to-end design of Porter Prime, a configurable tiered rewards program that drove partner behaviour, retention and marketplace efficiency at scale, breaking down the core problem of low utilization of partners and competitive pressure.
Redesigned Porter’s driver Accept Screen, reducing cancellations after acceptance by 1% and improving order landing speed from 2s to 0.6s for ~3 lac partners.
Designed and launched Back-to-Back Order Allocation (Chaining), improving driver utilization by 2.3pp and reducing customer costs without impacting earnings.
Led the design for Scooter Launch, in collaboration with the Customer Team increasing share of bookings from 14% to 20%.
Streamlined design processes and improved team efficiency through Figma organization and templatization.
Strengthened team culture by initiating bonding activities, collaborative workshops, and internal Design Day events, fostering a more connected and energized design team.
Supported the partner app revamp during the initial discovery and design phase. Zoomcar is India’s largest P2P car-sharing marketplace. I collaborated closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to design and launch end-to-end product experiences focused on improving retention and conversion.
Part of Zoomcar's transition from own inventory model to a car-sharing marketplace as we scaled from 0 to 35000+ cars.
I shipped features that supported Zoomcar’s international expansion into Egypt (R-T-L), Vietnam, Indonesia and Philippines.
Redesigned the host onboarding flow by integrating profile building early in the journey, reducing drop-offs by 20% and increasing host signups by 25%.
Designed a performance dashboard for Hosts that improved D1 host engagement sessions by 10pp and drove a 1pp increase in D7 listing creation.
Overhauled the Zoomcar Guest landing page experience.
Created and streamlined the lllustration system & communication materials for in-app communications & features by working cross-functionally with marketing, sales to create engaging & valuable experience.
