• Responsible for the deliverables of Network Insights(analytics) India Team for Cisco Data Centre Fabrics. Network Insights is a Cisco DCN data analytics application which is a collection of micro services that gather, analyze and present/export the data from the various devices in the network - using Kubernetes for orchestraion and Kafka for streaming. Handled the streaming agent on the devices, App data collectors, various correlators and dynamic scheduler. Brought up BDD automation framework and a full-fledged scale test tool. Worked/Working on scalability at various levels.
• Led Remote Leaf Solution of Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) and APIC.
• Also responsible for India team working on Services (Service chaining, Policy based routing, Span) and End Point Management (L2/L3 forwarding of the traffic between end-points) on ACI Fabric switches.

• One of the founding members of NCS5000 Broadcom-based router platform in Cisco. Led MPLS forwarding development on this platform.Worked on LDP, MPLS forwarding, ECMP, Segment routing L3VPN and EoMPLS. My responsibilities were - Leading the architecture, design and development of various features under MPLS and L3 forwarding umbrella, Handling the overall sanity of the platform, Mentoring the team members, leading various team initiatives to improve availability, usability, debuggability, helping the customer in deployment decisions.
• Also worked on some cross BU activities in the cloud space out of own interest. One such activity was Docker integration with Cisco VACS. This was show cased at iExpo event internal to Cisco which is aimed to show case innovations within Cisco.

• Worked on Link Bundle and Quality of Service features for various routing platforms. Have a lead a team that owned QoS for the entire GSR platform with multiple line cards and solved many critical customer issues that were hard to reproduce and required some re-designing of the code.
• Was one of the founding team members that worked on satellite solution on ASR9K platform and designed QoS for satellite. Also handled multiple other features on ASR9K in the area of QoS like BNG QoS, Flow Aware QoS. Experienced with microcode writing and debugging.
• Proposed and implemented a prototype for Adaptive QoS on ASR9K that was showcased at a BETA product festival in Cisco.

• Worked on Edge router and Edge device forwarding and protocols, MPLS forwarding, device drivers, Linux and FreeBSD Kernel. The work included bringing up LDP and MPLS forwarding plane on linux, modifications to IGMPv2 and IGMPv3 protocols to support customized authentication, implementation of MLDv3 daemon with customized authentication and IPv6 forwarding changes in the kernel to handle the same.
• Also worked on some modifications to open source RADIUS protocol.
• Designed and developed a security system which can detect standard attacks based on their patterns identified through CASL and take corrective filtering actions used by a set of ranked order rules given by user.
• Worked at Alcatel Lucent as a partner employee on their 1xEVDO RNC on OAM and security of traffic processor.
