• As the GVP and Head of Engineering for Cloud and SaaS, I am responsible for leading the global SaaS and managed Cloud Engineering teams with a mission to make Cohesity the undisputed leader in managing SaaS workloads across all the major clouds AWS, Azure and GCP. Successfully expanded the site size 3X and achieved the Great Place to Work (GPTW) listing for 3 times in a row.

• As the Vice President and Site Leader of Cohesity India, I spearheaded the Cloud charter, driving innovation and growth across all three major public clouds: AWS, Azure, and GCP. I was responsible for building cutting-edge cloud-native connectors and the Cloud Data Plane, significantly expanding Cohesity’s footprint and revenue in the cloud ecosystem.
• Successfully extended Cohesity’s reach into the cloud landscape, enabling seamless integration with cloud services and empowering our customers to manage their data efficiently.

• Led the overall Data management organization in Netapp Bangalore R&D responsible for both development and Quality assurance of all of backup and DR portfolio as well as compliance and Archival solutions. I handled end-to-end ownership of software development, quality, program management and delivery along with resource planning and CAPEX management. Coached and mentored multiple Sr. engineers and managers to work with a large partner ecosystem.
• Responsible for delivering Netapp's compliance product in Clustered Data ONTAP aka SnapLock, and build DR engineering team in Bangalore for Netapp's high performance Scale Out NAS solution aka FlexGroup.

• Successfully led a multi-functional, multi-geo, X-org project to deliver on Netapp’s next gen Disaster Recovery solution called CDOT MetroCluster working with engineering partners, vendors and Biz counterparts.
• Responsible for development of an integrated high-availability and business continuance solution that extends failover capability from within a data center to a site located many miles away. It involved development of a high performance Interconnect across clusters using RDMA, device drivers, architecting solutions using PCIe based FC/VI cluster adapters, FC switches, FC-SAS bridges, connected to distinct drives like FC, SAS, SATA and SSD.
• Additional responsibilities included full-fledge transition of multiple projects from US HQ to Bangalore catering a suite of Back-up and Disaster Recovery solution to customers. Built the team and brought it up to pace taking complete ownership and delivered multiple features on them. Worked closely with program management and product marketing to address cross-functional dependencies
