• Led a 22-member engineering organization developing, maintaining, and scaling three high-visibility FinTech products, enabling Amazon’s global compliance reporting and indirect tax obligations.
• Scaled the Amsterdam FinTech team from 8 to 20 members in two years, hiring a diverse mix of Senior Engineers, Product Managers, and Program Managers and growing Engineering Managers within team.
• Established an 7-member Indirect Tax team (2024) to build a greenfield umbrella product streamlining indirect tax reporting, reusing multiple 1P and 3P products. This initiative is projected to save 200k manual effort hours annually, processing >5B transactions/month at scale.
• Conceptualized and led the development of Leticia Framework, empowering engineers to build scalable shell applications and microfrontends (MFEs). Reduced MFE setup time from 120 to 5 developer days (95% efficiency gain), accelerating adoption across cross organization adoption, enabling 19 production MFEs within 10 months of its launch.
• Scaled Report Central, a self-serve standardized reporting platform automating 375 unique reporting use cases, saving 21k manual hours annually, and improving global compliance, controllership, and governance. Drove its adoption strategy in partnership of multiple customer orgs, driving a 12x adoption increase in 2023 and further 3x in 2024.
• Pioneered the Operational Excellence (OE) strategy for a 220-engineer organization (2023–2024), establishing annual OE goals, decentralized goal ownership, and a scalable metrics tracking model in collaboration with senior leadership and Principal Engineers.
