One of my biggest projects in my first year at CleverTap was to introduce WhatsApp as a channel for our clients to engage with their customers. As the team which worked on the first version of WhatsApp as a channel, we also opened a new revenue stream for CleverTap.
AWS is a very important partner for CleverTap and I worked to register CleverTap as a service partner for AWS EventBridge. This enabled CleverTap clients to easily transfer data to many AWS platforms via AWS EventBridge.
One of my earliest projects at CleverTap was to develop a method to help clients assess the impact CleverTap as a platform had on their revenue.
