More than 15 years of experience in software engineering, solving problems across various domains using an extensive tech stack. For the past 9+ years, I have led engineering organizations of varying sizes, fostering growth and innovation within my teams. I hold a strong opinion that people's problems are much harder to deal with than technical problems. Nevertheless, I’m endeavouring to be successful in managing both. Strong expertise in data engineering and stateful streaming processing. Have used to write a lot in java in the past, but now prefer Scala as a day-to-day tool. I’m okay with other languages too.
