• I envisioned and led the Service Capabilities platform org - a group of 20+ engineers working on a range of challenging problems in Infrastructure and Developer Productivity domains. Supported managers and teams to drive the following four charters:
• Edge Infrastructure: 'Front Door' for Web and API traffic
• Client Networking: Web, iOS and Android libraries for GraphQL-based data access
• Dynamic Configurations: Enables feature flags and experimentation capabilities
• Internationalization (i18n) Infrastructure: Enables translation capabilities across product surfaces

• On the product side, I helped to ship popular experiences such as dynamic pricing, promotions and insight suggestions for hosts and guests in collaboration with a cross-functional team of data scientists, user researchers and ML engineers.
• On the infrastructure side, I contributed to Airbnb's pivotal move to a service oriented architecture (SOA) by streamlining and scaling critical infrastructure related to user authentication and rate limiting. Led cross-organizational efforts in defining engineering best practices.
