Thanks for taking time to know more about me. I'd like to believe I’m good at discourse and uncomfortable with being pigeonholed into a role. I was lucky to study a progressive HRM course at the Tata Institute Of Social Sciences, Mumbai after completing a 3 year program in Economics from another incredible university - St. Xaviers' College, Mumbai. My interest lies in designing(and deploying) systems for Human capital. My experience in Business Partnering and Talent management are the favourite feathers in my hat. My latest most challenging projects was when I lead complex transitions—M&A(2022), IPO readiness(2024-25), —unlocking measurable business impact. I measured it, it was challenging to attribute change to absolute numbers, but it's possible. Recently, I’ve developed a keen interest in business finance, having completed the first level of the CFA and planning to tackle the next level soon.
