I currently work as a Senior HR Specialist supporting end-to-end HR operations and employee experience for a 170+ member team across two sister companies. A large part of my role is working with teams and managers to maintain clarity, resolve concerns early, and build a culture where people feel heard and supported. I’m someone who observes before acting. I try to understand what people are going through, what the business expects, and what the situation actually needs and then respond in a way that is balanced and practical. I don’t believe in overcomplicating HR. To me, HR works best when it is calm, consistent and human.
