• Owned and built Ola's mobility(India & International), fleet management, payments, marketing, self drive, foods and logistics. Along the way we also built quite a few highly optimised components, libraries and solved some very hard problems at scale.
• Cross functional lead for most of the high impact product launches including building the tech stack required for Ola's foray into international markets. Made the platform ready for various compliance requirements like GDPR,PSD2,PCI DSS etc.
• Created the Principal engineer track at Ola.

• Chief Solution and Technical Architect for NEC's multi-modal biometrics matcher for the UIDAI AADHAAR program.
• This is the largest civilian biometric matching system in the World. This cutting edge distributed in-memory pattern matching system ran on several hundred nodes and handled the multi-modal biometric de-duplication for generating Aadhaar cards. The system was tuned to do billions of pattern matches with sub-second latency with FAR/FRR less than .01%
• I was responsible for the design, development, deployment, Accuracy tuning, Acceptance Test (by UIDAI) and go-live.
• Led the design and development for the middleware product which was used for AADHAAR. Built entirely by my team.
• Redesigned the NEC matching engine in Aadhaar Phase 1 to handle increased load. This improved the reliability of the system and enable NEC to approach & win the BSP phase 2 project.
• Led the architecture efforts for some of the largest criminal biometrics and civilian biometrics projects and related products.
