• I have more than 6 months of professional working experience working in STS Infotech as an IT Analyst for Cisco.
• Job Description-
• I was the part of networking L1 team which worked with GBS- Escalation.
• I was required to help Cisco internal employees with any issues related to IT(Networks) and Infrastructure.
• The job basically required me to troubleshoot any issues on Windows and Mac machines.
• The job also gave me a fair amount of exposure to Cisco tools as I had to troubleshoot them as well.
