• Lead a team of 3 people to build a data pipeline to exchange different types of data entities(products, invoices, retailers, orders, etc.) with ERPs and internal systems. ~240M entities are processed daily.

• Developed an order management system from scratch for pharmaceutical distributors and companies. Distributors can search products, place an order, view and download invoices, etc. ~2.5M dollars per month revenue is generated within 9 months of launch.

• Developed a paid loyalty program RIO Club from scratch to ensure user retention by giving better offers than our regular users.

• Working on a project from scratch that enables pharma manufacturers to run product campaigns with multiple target levels. Also, improves user stickiness on the platform as the user gets rewards on completion of a target.

• Learned end to end system in no time to understand different kind of operational issues faced by the team. Designed a system that enabled us to develop strong monitoring and alerting which added transparency in other processes. The project tracks the state of a product SKU which has to go through long-running batch processes before reaching the final stage. Earlier, 40%-50% developer’s time was spent working on operational issues which is now reduced to 5%-10%.
• Redesigned central engine that is responsible to find matches for client product SKUs. Redesigned the project from a monolith to microservices to unblock existing feature enhancements and integration of Elasticsearch which improved the Matching accuracy to 150%.
