With ~17 years of work experience at District, Razorpay & Google, I have set up and scaled Multi-Million dollar businesses from scratch, leading partnership, growth, strategy, prioritization and execution. I have been an advisor to CXOs of top digital brands like Tesla, Disney, AirBnB, Uber, Nexon, Amazon, KING, Supercell, Flipkart, Ola, Hotstar, Zee5, MakeMyTrip, Sequoia, Byjus, Zomato, PayTM, among others. Part of the founding team at District by Zomato, leading alliances across all categories including movies, events, dining and shopping. Leading from the front for several industry first initiatives that had significant impact on market share & new user acquisition. At Razorpay, I was responsible for a ~$500 Million B2B business (an industry with very few women leaders), leading a team of 40. As the founding team member for Google Admob India as well as Google Play in India, I helped grow the largest Android market globally several fold. I advised 100s of startups across sectors and has taught several courses on strategy and growth for startups & growth stage companies. I have also spoken at over a 100 events like GDC, Tech in Asia, TIE, in countries like Korea, Singapore, Jordan, Vietnam, Japan, San Francisco, etc. advising companies on building and growing their online footprint.
