I’ve spent more than two decades exploring one question: how can data shape better decisions, better products, and better experiences? That curiosity began as a computer science engineer fascinated by complex systems, and over the years it has grown into a career leading data transformation across entertainment, advertising and enterprise technology. Today, as SVP – Analytics at JioHotstar, I help one of the world’s largest streaming platforms understand its viewers better -what they love, how they discover content, and how we can make every interaction more personal, efficient, and valuable. What excites me most is building the frameworks and cultures that allow teams to rely on data not just for answers, but for shaping the next big idea. Before this, I had the privilege of building and scaling the Datascience - Center of Excellence at BookMyShow, where we created two major IPs — a Dynamic Pricing Engine and an Entertainment Ad Network — that redefined how the entertainment industry thinks about monetization. I’ve also advised global media companies like Ziff Davis B2B on data strategy, and led analytics-driven growth for e-commerce clients at Merkle Sokrati.
