Sreekanth is the Global AI/ML practice head at Genpact, with more than 25 years of experience leading strategy, business transformation, product development, and delivering high-end analytical solutions. Sreekanth has worked globally for Fortune 100 customers to set up their Data Science practices, Analytics CoEs & delivery functions in complex and competitive situations. In his current role, Sreekanth has set up the Global Data Science practice from the ground up. As an Analytics leader and Business head, Sreekanth brings a record of success in launching Data literacy and AI literacy platforms and transformative organizational changes with a culture of experimentation, co-innovating with clients, partners, and Academia. He has incubated and launched over 100 advanced analytics solutions in the global market with double-digit growth for clients across CPG, Retail, BFSI, and Lifesciences & Healthcare industries. Before Genpact, Sreekanth assumed end-to-end responsibility for developing analytics engines, setting up virtual captive teams, and building Big Data Analytics platforms. Sreekanth also led a large Analytics team at Symphony Marketing Solutions. Here, he focused on building a Digital Retail Measurement system with Advanced embedded algorithms to solve multiple business problems of Fortune 500 CPG Retail clients. Sreekanth is a transformative thought leader and has been felicitated consecutively over the years for his contributions to the industry.
