• As a member of the DevOps team at Razorpay, I am responsible for enabling and enhancing POS business systems by managing infrastructure across public cloud platforms and on-premises data centers. I lead technical discussions with vendors to gather requirements, architect solutions and implement them to ensure high availability, scalability and security for public and internal traffic. My role includes overseeing observability and logging pipelines, managing cryptographic security for payment processing and designing network solutions for customer integrations. I develop and manage automation to enhance developer productivity, ensure compliance through audits and disaster recovery drills and troubleshoot priority incidents with root cause analysis. Additionally, I mentor team members, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing to strengthen the team’s capabilities.
