Security analysts often face the challenge of finding hidden threats within large amounts of data under tight time constraints. Manual analysis of such data is time-consuming and difficult, especially when detecting sophisticated attacks like Exploit kits. Exploit kits are automated tools used by hackers to find system vulnerabilities and spread malware such as ransomware and banking trojans. This research proposes an efficient two-layer detection method using machine learning, combining supervised and unsupervised techniques to identify Exploit kits. The approach includes automated feature selection based on information gain, reducing the need for manual analysis. Overall, this method aims to improve attack detection accuracy while being lightweight and effective for real-world use.
