• Paytm is India’s largest mobile payments and commerce platform, with a scale of over 280 Million registered users and 20 Million merchants accepting payments through Paytm. I am the product owner for payment flow.
• 1. Auto App Invoke: Invoke Paytm App for payment on 3rd party merchants like Myntra, Jio, bewakoof.com, etc. I led this project end to end, launched the MVP within a span of 3 weeks only, It helps in ~10% jump in success rates
• 2. Collect App Invoke: Collect App Invoke is built to support Paytm Add n pay Payments on Flipkart during BBD, I led this flow and delivered the same within a span of the week only, this helps to improve the success rates ~20% for add n pay payments
• 3. Paytm Alipay Connect for International Merchants: To enable Paytm payments on international merchants we had started the project with Alipay, where Alipay is already a technical partner for these merchants and Paytm will provide the payment services for the Indian market to these merchants.
• 4. Integration Builder: I have conceptualized the payment integration builder for the ease of merchant, which helps in merchant acquisition and improves the merchant integration experience with Paytm. The key metrics of this project is to enhance the merchant/developer experience and reduce the Paytm Integration time

• Paytm Acquiring Platform: Payment acquiring platform is responsible for accepting 16 million payment request and process the payment daily, as per the business needs and rules, this module supports payment, refund, cancellation, order modification, order status, and settlement functions. I was managing, building and upgrading the platform payment products as per the market and the consumer need.
• Built App Invoke, Custom Checkout Payment flow, Agreement payment Payment flows, Instant Refunds Products from concept to development to launch to enhancements.
• Launched developer portal for the ease of 3rd party developers and DIY integration of payment flows which helps to onboard 200 merchant daily
• Launched Android SDK, IOS SDK, WEB SDK & Plugins for the ease of developers and speed up the integration process with third-party developers, using these kits developers can integrate the Paytm PG in just few minutes.
• Launched Paytm App-based payment flow which helps in reducing the payment time by 50% and increases the success rate by 30% for consumers.

• UPI Payments: being a part of UPI development team gather the initial requirements for the UPI system, finalized the technical flow and ensure the system security
• Shopify integration: developed a module in ruby, deploy and QA it on Shopify platform so merchants can enable the Paytm to collect payment in just few clicks.
• Dominos integration: developed a stand-alone application and deploy it on dominos system so they collect the payment via Paytm.
• kits for open source ecommerce: developed the kits for the ecommerce based platform so the merchant can upload the same on their open source e-commerce platform and start the collecting payment via Paytm.
• Paytm SDK: developed the Android and IOS SDK with respective teams for merchants, so the merchant tech team can integrate the same in his App and start collecting payments via Paytm.
