• Spearheaded the greenfield implementation of SAP S/4HANA (1610), leading the end-to-end business process and systems transformation for all core enterprise functions.

• Architected and delivered a new, integrated supply chain and planning systems landscape. This included a greenfield SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solution to modernize Demand Forecasting, S&OP, and inventory management.

• Modernized the global B2B and B2C commercial platforms, directing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process and integrating with 3PL and Contract Manufacturer systems via B2B/EDI to support a global fulfillment network.
