• Create and foster relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit alumni and diversity candidates
• Identify and attend job fairs and colleges recruitment events
• Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-Art recruiting practices
• Participates in New Employee Orientation and welcomes candidates into the organization and prepares new employees for the On boarding process
• Measure success via data analysis of quantity of hire, quality of hire and turnover (retention)
• Participate in Talent Acquisition projects and other special projects as assigned
