Guest Relations has always been my forte. Customer Service has always been on my job role. Started my Career as Education Counselor where student interaction, coordination and counseling was my responsibility. Migrated my journey to Aviation where I started as a Customer Service Associate in Indigo. Learnt the basics of Aviation including ticketing, reservations, guest handling. Enhanced it with Jet Airways as a flight attendant where communication, customer delight, being empathetic, inflight emergency, safety, first aid , decorum became a part of my personality in my tenure. Well fortunate enough to be trained for International flying within 2 yrs and dedicated enough to be promoted as Cabin Crew in Charge in the same time frame. Handling team, focusing on interpersonal skills and leadership was inculcated in this journey. The same role was extended and diversified when I Joined Vistara. However, Covid gave a setback on my personal life , I lost my husband in 2021. This impacted me mentally and over the time professionally. Was confined to Work from Home roles in upcoming yrs, but learning never stopped. Customer support handling at Smytten to handling Sales in Skyhigh India Yes , I have come a long way! Always open to new avenues to learning Looking forward to new role in handling team and extending exceptional guest experience in years to come My motto in life - Never Give Up❤️
