I led this program from engineering, design, business, legal and partner perspective. This program was managed across 16 brands [Aol, Yahoo, TechCrunch, Huff Post, Makers, Build, Tumblr etc.]100+ apps, thousands of different webpages and devices.
  • My responsibilities include
  • Conceptualizing and executing the Go to Market strategy
  • Building a scalable and centralized service on AWS infrastructure that would serve across all brands
  • Managing 3 War rooms, ~165+ engineers, 143 days around the clock
  • Build a system of unparalleled scale hosted on AWS that feeds data into Oath Grid for analytics
  • Working with European legal team to build consent workflow that is legally binding and not violating the GDPR principles
  • User testing across various European user segments to validate less intrusive flows
  • Building revenue projections by collaborating with finance team based on FLAOT model
  • Measuring DAU drops, Traffic and PV drops post GDPR launch and coming up with strategies to reduce the impact
