From starting my career in sales and recruitment to today being a Strategic HR Business Partner, my journey has been about one constant — enabling people and businesses to grow together. At Junglee Games, I work closely with 400+ employees, leading talent management, performance cycles, policy design, and employee engagement programs. I’ve seen how the right people strategy can reduce attrition, boost performance, and strengthen manager–employee relationships.
