• It is one of the most challenging and exciting projects I manage as a DevOps Architect. The client is a global streaming company managing a major cricket league in India. Here are some of the achievements:-
• > Designed and implemented a complete infrastructure revamp for less than one month to host India's major cricketing league.
• > The infrastructure handled more than 30 Million concurrent users on the streaming platform, a world record at that time.
• > Designed a DR strategy for active-active region traffic split to manage high viewership count.
• > Designed and created a custom scaling tool to manage high view count on the streaming platform.
• > Created a framework for RTO and RPO drills to recover any failure within 30 minutes.
• > Create a highly scalable incident management and monitoring platform to catch any anomaly in the system.

• As a Junior Partner at Opstree, I stepped into a leadership role where I had to build different organizational capabilities. Here are some leadership-based initiatives that I was part of:

• > Creating a knowledge-sharing bridge within the organization to enable people in different technologies and stacks.

• As a Senior DevOps Consultant, I consulted for a leading travel domain-based company in the USA. Their challenges were in terms of system stability, cost, release, and observability. We were to overcome all these challenges. Some of the highlights are:
• > Due to cost constraints, we migrated from Microsoft Azure Cloud to an On-Prem data center, where we set up Kubernetes as an orchestration platform.
• > Enabled the developers to move towards the stack upgrade and microservice architecture. This helped save more than $300k from the annual infrastructure cost.
• > Designed revamped CI-CD pipelines with DevSecOps practices to enable security and a faster release cycle.
• > Developed custom APIs in Golang for Kubernetes to host databases on Kubernetes.
• > Created a federated monitoring system for very high resiliency to capture infrastructure and application failure.

• As a DevOps consultant, I have consulted for India's most extensive IOT-based system backed by a leading motor company. We have created multiple custom solutions and done architecture-level changes to achieve a high IOT-based traffic throughput. Some of the key highlights are:
• > Migration of application-based infrastructure and data pipeline-based infrastructure from Cloud to On-Prem.
• > Created a high throughput data pipeline using Kafka and a custom MQTT-based solution.
• > Introduced DevSecOps in the build and release pipeline of the code to maintain compliance.
• > Created custom monitoring agents in Golang for monitoring the Apache Druid analytical database.
• > Designed and implemented a highly scalable Data analytics monitoring system regarding infrastructure, applications, and logs.

• Led and orchestrated a migration strategy for one of India's largest Fintech Banks. The ask was to convert the monolith architecture to microservice architecture. We have streamlined the infrastructure automation, service mesh, and observability throughout the process. Here are the key highlights of the project:-
• > Designed and helped developers convert a single monolith-based application to 80+ microservices with Kubernetes as an orchestration platform.
• > Created an automated checklist to achieve CIS and HIPPA compliance in end-to-end application and infrastructure components.
• > Built a zero-trust system with no internet access for complete infrastructure.
• > Designed and implemented a service mesh pipeline for quick debugging and service observability.
• > Worked with the database team to automate DB release changes and performance-tuning best practices.
• > Increased the application's throughput from 15k TPM to 1 lakh TPM.

• Worked and transformed infrastructure and platform for the US's third biggest departmental chain store and helped them achieve the RedHat innovation award. Here are the key highlights and responsibilities part of the projects:
• > Design and implement automation to create, update, and manage more than 30+ OpensShift clusters on Google Cloud Platform and On-Prem VMware ESXi.
• > We created security guidelines and automation for the complete infrastructure.
• > Developed different shared libraries and plugins for Jenkins in Java for custom use cases.
• > Set up end-to-end monitoring solutions for complete infrastructure, which includes infrastructure monitoring using Prometheus and log monitoring using Elasticsearch, FluentD, and Kibana.
