• GoZoomo was India's one of the first online P2P marketplace for certified used cars.
• Head of the Buyer experience - consumer-facing app, search & discovery, recommendations. Implemented a car recommendation engine that improved retention cohort from 3% to 20%. Also launched a new homepage after thorough user research, interviews and experiments that reduced drop-off rates from 70% to 30% and increased time spent from 3min to 12mins.
• I was one of the early founding members of this company. Learnt the basics of Product management. As the only member of the product team, launched the V1 version of GoZoomo.
• Due to the resource crunch, I also played the role of sole UX and visual designer and frontend engineer until Series A.
• Successfully saw the growth of GoZoomo from selling the first car to over 500 per month, from 1 city to 5 cities and from seed to Series A funding.
