• Core contributor to the defensive security for Grab and its Joint Ventures’ infrastructure. Implemented automations for securing access to internal resources for newly joined employee and securing the CI/CD pipeline by enforcing security best-practices on all AWS / Azure, Hosts, Networks, Okta (SSO) and Active Directory resources.
• Lead the container security project with automated vulnerability scanning, enforcing security checks for all deployments, namespaced isolation access to cloud resources, behavioural monitoring of in-container processes, preventing privilege escalation, authentication and authorization with Role-Based Access Control for Kubernetes spanning multi-AZ cross-vendor infrastructure.
• Designed secret sharing access policies for internal and external vendors for sharing passwords, keys and certificates. I worked in collaboration with the Security Assurance team to vet the security risks involving protocols for third-party key exchanges.
• Designed cryptography challenges for Grab’s Security Awareness CTF aimed at training Grab employees about code-level security best practices.

• Designed the CI/CD distributed pipeline for a real-time ad-serving exchange platform - a blue-green auto-scaling latency sensitive ad-serving (weekly traffic increase of 50%) pipeline using AWS spot instances with 80% cost reduction and 35% increase in handling load. This involved migrating Java applications to a containerised stateless architecture with Mesos orchestrator optimizing the resources and response times.
