I currently lead the organizational HR vertical at WICCI, a national platform for women professionals and entrepreneurs to network, collaborate, and advocate for their interests and aspirations. As the co-founder of WYD and HSC, I also leverage my expertise in employer branding, project management, and talent development to provide strategic solutions for start-ups, product companies, and established organizations in their talent attraction, acquisition, and andragogy. WYD is a global Human Resources orgainization that aims to balance demand and supply of talent market and bring in discipline and innovation in the hiring process. WYD is also focussed into training the students and/or candidates who want to upskill and be ahead in the race of employment. HSC is the only Asian company that offers NASA collaborated curriculum to bring space programs and studies to South Asian countries. HSC is certified by ISRO as space tutor to help promote the space subject for Mars generation to pursue career in SPACE. Through these ventures, I have been honored with multiple awards and recognitions, including the Global Pitch Competition Winner at TiE Hubli, She's MAD on TA Award, Global Women Leader Award, HR Excellence Award, Best Organization for Women Talent Development and the Enterprise of the Year Award to name few.
