• o Operationalized the deployment of express product suit by creating configuration dashboard product thus eliminating the engineering dependency for any new deployment and hence giving sales full control of scale
• o Streamlined merchant and cafeteria operations like settlements (achieved 97% T+1 settlement), and deployments (reduced average deployment time from 7-8 days to 2-3 days).

• As part of Amazon Services (aka Sellant) in Marketplace:
• o Delivered the high visibility product “Launch Navigator” in Marketplace increasing launch of sellers in more categories, with more products and reducing seller contacts by improving the clarity in the seller registration and launch workflow.
• o Was awarded the “Ownership” value award in the Marketplace Organization all-hands for the commitment shown and delivering the product (“Launch Navigator”) ahead of schedule and creating three digit million dollars impact on GMS.
• o After the launch, the rate of “registered” to “launched” conversion increased by single digit percentage.
• o Took the responsibility of a Technical Product Manager in his absence for the project and interacted with around 10 different business and technical stakeholders setting up service level agreements and discussing integration with them.
• o Completed the implementation and deployment in US region within the tight deadline of 5 months (earlier predicted to be 9 months by senior engineers). Subsequent deployment in other countries followed.
• As part of internal platform security team AAA:
• o Worked on the webservice call security solution used with each and every service within Amazon (almost 10000 individual services working on several different frameworks and in different languages).
• o Worked on and delivered the upgrade project for enabling the security for calls from workspaces and test environments.
• o The product was highly scalable and ran on every machine hosting a service within Amazon as a mandated product by information security division.
• Was part of the recruitment team for technical interviews; had a hit rate of 9 out of 10 for hire calls made.

• o Created a portal for online maintenance of approx. 1200 student profiles for the placement related activities.
• o Portal handled the student registration for individual companies as well as generating relevant list to send to the recruiters.
