Before joining Oaktree, Anindya was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs with stints in the Northern European Coverage and the Real Estate & Lodging Advisory groups where he worked on a variety of transactions across sectors including buy-side and sell-side advisories, mergers, defence mandates, debt financing transactions, equity raises and restructuring. Anindya is an Industrial Scholar from IIM Ahmedabad, a Gold Medalist from IIT Kharagpur as well as an Aditya Birla Scholar. Prior to pursuing business studies at IIM Ahmedabad, he worked in the Equity Derivatives Trading group at Lehman Brothers and Nomura for 2 years. Anindya previously has co-founded CricXchange - an online sports-based trading platform in 2008. Besides, he has also led several initiatives including conceptualising India's first national level finance olympiad, "Exchequer",​ at IIM Ahmedabad and co-founding IIT Kharagpur's career development platform "Communique".
