Joining Formalities: • Ensuring smooth on boarding of new hires. • Giving the new hire brief Introduction about the Company, Management and Policies. • Appointment letters, employment specifications, processing employee PF, ESI, Mediclaim. • Salary A/c and other employment registration forms. • Responsible in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, relieving letter.
