• Roles & Responsibilities:
•  To Integrate capillary system with client system to get data for analysts, CRM, loyalty, campaigns.
•  Responsible for debugging and fixing issues raised by the users of the application.
•  Handling tricky situation and tracking affecting business users.
•  Providing help to the Tech support team as well as coordinating with the vendors.
•  Taking complete ownership of a particular project and handling high severity tickets as well as provide satisfactory solutions to the client.
•  Providing effective resolution to customer queries and improving relationships with the clients by anticipating their future requirements, thereby ensuring a positive customer experience.
•  Carrying out various functions related to resource management, process implementation & improvement and client relationship management, technical support and liaison & co-ordination with different departments
