• 1. Working back and forth on front-end, as well as back-end tickets on daily basis.
• 2. Since MAQ follows agile methodology so we have to deliver more in lesser time. So I learned time management and handling work pressure when project enters critical stage.
• 3. Has lead daily calls with on-site managers
• 4. Held total ownership of the task assigned, starting from providing the estimates going to delivering the product/feature.
• 5. Leading monthly project syncup with team lead and manager.
• 6. Conducting weekly learning hour to educate other team members of the challenges I faced and the resolutions I found to them.

• There were majorly 3 key areas where I worked in Markit:
• 1. A live project where i had to do a POC to create a platform using Activiti program. In this platform, several different work flows were analyzed and a generic work flow was created to support all of the original functionality. This work flow when implemented will save 50,000$ a year to the company
• 2. Secondly me and some associates around the world acted in a team to create a presentation which we represented to the CEO of the company in the end.
• 3. There was a fun activity as well where each of the trainee was given a million dollar virtual money and we were signed in into a stock exchange portal. We had to spent the money following some strict rules.
