• Played a key role in the design and development of a functionality involving the storage lifetime of private customer data in the application to meet security standards. Took initiative to design the solution and guide team members to implement the same. Received an award for my efforts for the same.
• Took initiative to refactor code changes related to multiple functionalities implemented in a new project. This made the code easier to understand/maintain for the overall team and reduced the number of bugs reported during testing. Presented my work to the team including certain guidelines to follow while doing development.
• Resolved show stopper defects with short deadlines that were critical to product release.

• Worked on development of multiple business transactions that require customers to accept a currency conversion from their home currency to a different one. Took additional efforts to compensate for delays caused in development of another product to meet deadlines. Took initiative to make additional changes to make testing more convenient.
• Developed a functionality that uploads application auditing logs to remote bank host. Performed analysis on a legacy product to understand its functionality and implement it in a different product. Worked on this task independently with minimal supervision.
• Enhanced application functionality related to keeping track of cash dispenser counters. Took on additional tasks to support a new team member’s learning curve and guided them during development.
