I’m a product leader with 12+ years of experience building and scaling tech products at companies like Amazon, Razorpay, Paytm, Snapdeal, MakeMyTrip, and Ibibo. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across B2C, platform, and data-heavy products — and I still get excited about solving meaningful problems with clarity, creativity, and impact. In the last few years, I’ve led product as Director / Head of Product at a fintech, and worked as a Senior Product Manager – Tech (L6) at Amazon. My experience spans B2C (9+ years), platforms and infra (~9 years), and AI-driven systems like search, recommendations, and personalisation (3.5+ years). I’ve also built and scaled data platforms that power core business and user experiences. I enjoy building high-performance teams, and have managed people directly (~4 years) while mentoring product managers across levels for nearly a decade. I’ve also worked closely with over 20 designers, each with their own style and strengths — a learning journey in itself. A few things I’ve been proud to build: • At MakeMyTrip – Took the online Holidays business from <5% to 40% of bookings, with 0→1 product execution and 4X growth in conversion. • At Paytm – Built a data platform that drove personalised reminders for bill payments (5% lift in credit card conversions), and led the creation of a localisation platform for the ‘Bharat’ user base. • At Amazon – Automated benefit provisioning for sellers in the Private Brands program (saved ~300 manual hours annually), and launched a data service (PBID) that took Precision & Recall from ~94% to over 99%. • At Snapdeal – Worked on ad-tech to improve cost-per-transaction revenue by ~9%, and ran growth experiments that improved customer conversions by ~10%.
