About

🚀 Shaping the Future of Compute: Architecture, Verification & Innovation At Arm, I drive (micro)architecture verification innovation within the Architecture & Technology group, where my team engineers highly sophisticated random instruction stimulus (RIS) frameworks. These frameworks rigorously validate CPU designs, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of cutting-edge processors powering billions of devices worldwide. Our work extends beyond internal validation—we collaborate with top semiconductor partners building the next generation of compute on Arm’s Cortex-A ecosystem. Previously, I was part of AMD’s GPU Architecture Modeling team, where I played a pivotal role in the architectural exploration and definition of Vega and Navi GPUs. By developing high-fidelity C++ performance models of GPU shader blocks, my work enabled data-driven decisions that shaped the architectural direction of some of AMD’s most performant GPUs to date. 🔍 Key Focus Areas: ✔ Microarchitecture Verification – Building advanced stimulus generation techniques to stress-test CPU designs at scale. ✔ Performance Modeling & Architecture Exploration – Bridging the gap between conceptual design and silicon realization. ✔ Technical Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partnering with industry leaders to push the boundaries of compute performance. I’m deeply passionate about advancing the state of computer architecture, accelerating innovation in semiconductor design, and ensuring the next era of CPUs and GPUs are more performant, efficient, and scalable than ever before. 💡 Always open to engaging discussions on architecture, verification methodologies, and the future of compute—let’s connect and exchange ideas! Jai Shree Krishna 🙏
