• The project titled "Digitisation of HR Analytics" aimed to assist Suguna Groups in their system transformation from Oracle software to Zing Software. The key focus was on transferring and visualizing data, as well as creating business dashboards for enhanced management understanding. Over the course of the two-month internship, the main goal was to gain a comprehensive understanding of critical HR Analytics metrics. These included manpower count, claim report, leave report, attendance report, revenue to headcount report, on-roll cost, recruitment trend, attrition trend, age trend, gender-wise count, function-wise split, span of control, and learning and development. The project aimed to facilitate HR digital transformation, automating and optimizing operational procedures for quick decision-making and a fair assessment of the business.

• I had the opportunity to work as an intern in the at the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts, Red Fort, New Delhi which is visualised as a centre encompassing the study and experience of all the arts – each form with its own integrity .Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts, Ministry of Culture, Government of India, has set up the Aatmanirbhar Bharat Centre for Design (ABCD) to pave the way for a sustainable cultural economy derived from the indigenous crafts of India by empowering the artisan communities with new designs and innovations. During my days there I got the chance to know about many things related to art. ABCD successfully collaborated with various acclaimed designers, esteemed organisations, and a talented cohort of master artisans for specific craft-based incubation ateliers at the Red Fort. During the course of the project involving three months at the Centre, artisans partnered with designers to co-create an exclusive range of marketable products along with a strong focus on co-learning and two-way knowledge transfer.

• As a Student Coordinator of the Centre for Weavers(CW), I engaged in a wide range of activities. I prepared monthly reports to summarize the activities of the CW and coordinated and participated in the TNSDC RPL valediction program. I also developed a success story that highlighted the achievements of two women weavers for the International Women's Day campaign under the PMKVY. During the internship with the ABCD Project- Jamakalam, I actively participated in new product development, business expansion, and product labeling activities for Jamakalam. This experience included a visit to Red Fort in New Delhi.
• I also worked on important tasks such as preparing Utilisation Certificate 2 for Phase I and the Settlement Form, facilitating salary disbursal for the ABCD Project participants, organizing the Handloom Day 2022 Exhibition, and assisting in setting up a stall for Diwali 2022. Additionally, I visited Samathur as part of a Tata-Taneira visit and conducted interviews to select new student coordinators for the Centre for Weavers. Throughout these activities, my role as a Student Coordinator aimed to support and promote the weaving community, foster innovation, and provide opportunities for skill development and entrepreneurship in the industry.

• Munch Box is an entrepreneurial canteen venture that has been successfully operated by a team of 10 MBA students, for a period of two years. Throughout this venture, we have gained invaluable experience in various departments of management, such as accounting, finance, supply chain management, logistics, procurement, and customer service. This hands-on involvement has provided us with a holistic learning experience, allowing us to understand the dynamics of each department and the synergy between them. Additionally, our time at Munch Box has sparked our entrepreneurial spirit, fostering the development of innovative ideas and strategies. As active participants in this venture, we have not only acquired practical business skills but have also laid a strong foundation for our future careers in management.
