I have a total of 14 years of industry experience and two years of experience in running UUO Innovation. It's an Airbus Spin-off company, the first in the history of Airbus India. Our first product, napEazy® - Designed to bring comfort to travelers. It is a patent-pending technology owned by Airbus. We launched it on Kickstarter in May 2020 and were backed by 638 backers from 46 countries. Let's go a few years into my past: After my M.tech from Jadavpur university at every step, I have had my fair share of struggles which I cherish now. Here are some of the projects which never took off, but they were close to my heart and work table. I designed a 6.5 Kg remote-controlled drone for surveillance in 2009-10. On the fly Digitalization of Manufacturing process data and Flight inspection data through IoT (Smart Pen)- Customer- QMI & EV Team Toulouse. I showcased it in Hamburg and Toulouse Airbus in 2018-19. I mentored the team until UUO Innovation Private Limited spun off from Acirbus. While with Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), I worked on the LCA Mark 2 layout design at a nascent stage. I introduced a few process innovations such as: Process Improvement Tool, which resulted in 40% saving in execution time. The tool was made using Microsoft XS and excel to replace the existing Fortran-based device to calculate the center of gravity. It was easy to use as well as displayed visible results, great for analysis purposes. A website for the Human Resource department With Airbus, I worked on the surface design for A320, A330, and A380. Lead the team for CSR design challenge on hand wash device challenge'17 – IFRC and Airbus Foundation (1 among three selected groups out of 23 international participants).
