About

In my role as Head of Human Resources at Writesonic, a startup supported by Y Combinator, I've been entrusted with the task of creating and supervising all aspects related to human resources from square one. Contributing to the strategic planning and implementation for company-wide policies has also been a part of my responsibilities. This includes initiatives geared towards enhancing employee perks, boosting engagement within our team and managing performance. In addition to this, my experiences extend into assisting startups in assembling their teams from ground zero. My hiring expertise spans various fields such as healthtech and SaaS - ranging from engineering roles through marketing jobs right up to product-related positions. Moreover, I have first-hand experience leading a team while also establishing support and sales divisions for multiple companies. Managing all stages of an employee's journey within an organization is yet another area that falls under my jurisdiction along with possessing keen interest in employer branding. Before joining hands with Writesonic, I was employed as a Manager for Human Resources at Curelink following which I served BeatO . In each enterprise that has had me on board their ship; setting up full-fledged functioning HR departments has always been one among many contributions.
