• In this role, I was managing recruitment process for Enterprise and Healthcare Software Solutions groups in Nuance India. Managed a team and reported to Global TA Leader.
• Accountable for designing, planning, and coordinating talent acquisition efforts; ensuring the talent acquisition programs are scalable to support new projects in India.
• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of recruitment activities across various segments, including Leadership, Technical, Healthcare, Corporate and Campus hiring.
• Built an exceptional recruiting team, fostering collaboration with direct reports and key partners to enhance overall recruiting success.
• Led the hiring efforts in setting up new business verticals for India Operations – 8+ high level recruiting assignments.
• Collaborate with India Business Leaders and implementation of resourcing strategy, ensuring it is aligned with organizational goals in meeting the hiring expectations.
• 4000+ successful hiring - This includes leadership, Technical ITeS, BPO, Healthcare, Corporate, Campus, and Freshers.
• Built and led Talent Delivery team for 2 business sites – Bengaluru and Pune. The team were cross trained to be efficient in handling both Technical and Non-Technical hiring.
• Built competitive hiring practices resulting in increase in interview selections, improved offer-to-joining ratio, reduced cost per hire (CPH), and reduction in vendor dependency.
• Collaborate and manage Global and India stakeholder relationships, balancing conflicting demands, and priorities.
