• State Lead - PMU, Government of Jharkhand to implement NITI Aayog’s project on ‘Rejuvenation of Water Bodies (silt free waterbody and silt filled farm)’. Led implementation work in 2 districts of Jharkhand –Giridih and Bokaro with a team of 6 field associates, Community Resource Persons (CRPs), grassroot NGOs, district administrations and local line departments to rejuvenate ~127 water bodies for water restoration
• Stakeholder consultations with functionaries of administration and line departments, monitoring of field work at water body sites, capacity building of local implementation agencies and CRPs
• Successfully integrated the mobile application for data collection and monitoring of silt (measured in cubic meters) removed from the water bodies.
