About

I’m a business operator who builds the underlying engines that power growth and seamless operations. Over the last 15 years, I’ve built companies and have worked in Ops, Finance, Compliance, Product, and Delivery across early-stage and scaled global companies. My job has always been the same: take a complex problem, break it into pieces, and build a repeatable way to solve it. I look for the story the data is trying to tell, keep the customer at the center, and use my human judgment (yeah, even in today’s age) to build the operating backbone for all functions to deliver excellence directly or indirectly to the customer. Outside of work, I play Ultimate Frisbee. I’ve been fortunate to represent India multiple times. It’s a self-officiated sport, which has largely shaped my leadership style: play hard, stay grounded, and realize that you only win if the person next to you is set up to succeed.
