My Journey at Jio Platforms Since joining Jio Platforms in 2022, I’ve advanced from Graduate Engineering Trainee (2022–2023) to DevOps Engineer (2023–2024) and now Junior Engineer SRE (2024–present), delivering high-impact solutions. Self-Healing AIOps Engine: I launched an AI-powered auto alert resolution system using large language models, reducing DevOps toil and speeding up incident response. I’m currently scaling this system organization-wide. Inter-team Task Orchestration Platform (ITOP): I led the development of ITOP, a platform for ticketing, analytics, and cost tracking, guiding three developers in feature design, coding, and DevOps support. Adopted across teams, ITOP boosts collaboration and efficiency. I also adapted its ticketing for Jio Business Messaging (JBM) as JBM Ticketing, driving adoption through demos and seamless integration. Critical Infrastructure Management: I managed server setups with Apache Druid and KeyDB for high-stakes operations like IPL 2024, ensuring stability. As a trainee, I maintained servers, resolved critical issues, and ensured connectivity across environments. Automation Excellence: Using Ansible, I automated Golang installation, Druid setup, and package deployments, optimizing efficiency.
