• Designed and built core platform services to provision and manage life cycles of cloud based IDEs (workspaces) required by various user facing products.
• The service provisioned and managed about 300k workspaces every month, with >98% of them being ready within 5 seconds.
• Led the design and implementation of a data platform that ingests and persists data being generated across various products, computes insights using spark jobs and exposes services to user-facing products.
• The system currently ingests data from more than 60 million submissions every year and provides insights in near real-time being the underlying module for all skills based information presented across the products.

• Worked on building a differentiating product that assesses candidates based on full-fledged real world projects.
• Developed a custom fork of Eclipse Che and integrated it with a new workflow to provide candidates a workspace which is fully featured IDE in the browser backed by an isolated environment in the cloud.
• The multi-cluster and multi-region deployment on Kubernetes handles more than 100k sessions every month and the extensible design has allowed the onboarding of several roles within months of launching the product.
• Worked on a global intellisense service to provide contextual autocompletion for 11 most used languages in the online code editors using implementations of the Language Server Protocol.
• The service was deployed in multiple regions and provided higher quality autocompletion leading to an 80% reduction in negative feedback regarding the feature.
• The service handled between 30-50 rps with the average latency being maintained lower than 100ms consistently.

• Developed an automated bike sharing system for metropolitan-scale deployments in the Indian ecosystem (https://www.tilt.bike)
• The company, backed by Y Combinator, was then among the 15 startups chosen to be at DISQ by TCS Foundation and worked with various clients including the Nashik & Jamshedpur city councils and Tata Motors, Pune.
• Contributed primarily to product development and business strategy while being an integral part of the engineering process. Responsibilities in the software domain included architecture design and back-end development.
