Designed and developed features such as inventory management, scheduling
workforce optimally, capacity management for back-office for better visibility
of workforce allocations for various large organisations such as Midco from US,
Virgin Media from UK etc.
In Midco we have imporved scheduling workforce to 92% by categorically
distributing the load of workforce and tasks for each run according to priorities
and statuses of tasks, which helped scheduling alorithms escape any data
redundancies, also escape any wait lock happen because of data
