With a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Lovely Professional University, graduating with a CGPA of 8.97, I’ve always been passionate about technology and innovation. My academic journey allowed me to dive deep into programming, data structures, and algorithms, complemented by achievements like securing a 5-star rating on CodeChef and ranking globally in various coding challenges. These experiences solidified my foundation and sparked a lasting interest in building scalable solutions. Professionally, I’ve had the privilege to work across fintech and technology domains, gaining hands-on experience in backend development. As an SDE II at Uni Cards, I contributed to launching a co-branded credit card with Yes Bank, built SIM binding flows, and developed contextual messaging support that significantly improved user query resolution. My previous role at Vahan allowed me to enhance the Vahan Jobs Marketplace and build referral and earning history features, showcasing my ability to adapt and innovate across diverse projects and tech stacks, including SpringBoot, MongoDB, Redis, and DynamoDB. Working as a Backend Engineer in the Platforms Team. Building and scaling multiple services/platforms like Notification Platform, Feed Platform, Fraud Network, Customer Data Platform (CDP), Repayment, Events Platform, MobileBackend (Backend for Frontend), etc.
Built 3 new products (UniCash, PrimeCash, UniLoans) from scratch and scaled them from 0 to 0.5. 0.5 to 1 journey is WIP.
Built the Sim Binding flow from scratch to detect whether the mobile number (by which user is trying to log in) is present in the user's device. And achieved an industry-leading success rate of > 93% and reduced fraudulent users by > 4%.
Built the Fraud Network Platform from scratch to validate the user's authenticity and built a score-based mechanism based on various parameters and algorithms. The system is capable enough to handle millions of users, and their millions of data points securely.
Worked on building Co-Branded Credit Card (NX Wave) flow from onboarding to post onboarding flow, with SBM and Yes Bank, and worked on building some cool stuff like Video KYC, Transaction History, Bill Generation and Statements, maintained Backend for Frontend (BFF) service, comms, etc.
I have actively worked on enhancing multiple APIs, reducing latency, and enhancing security measures. I have conducted numerous code reviews and given various technical sessions within UNI. Additionally, I have managed and mentored junior engineers, providing guidance and fostering team efficiency. I have also migrated several services from Java 17 to Java 21.

Developed the earning history report feature enabling users to view and compare their earnings for the past months.
Worked on the Mitra referral application that allows users to refer, and earn on the basis of milestones.

Launched the Optmyzr Lite variant globally which is a free version of Optmyzr up to 10k$ Spend.
Handled the PLP coverage data using Trie, and optimized it to cover more than 1 million mappings efficiently.
Created a script to disable the spam users from the database who have joined Optmyzr in the period of last 'x' months. Also, added this feature during the onboarding of the users, to check whether the user is a valid one, or trying to spam us.
Our Team won the Usability Hackathon among all the Engineering Teams conducted by Optmyzr Internally.
