Implemented company-wide AI powered Search & Chat powered by GPT4 (Glean) to all employees. Running departmental workshops focused on GenAI usage in our workflows. In the beginning of 2024, I joined newly established NGO Femtech Club as a volunteer. I help them organise events and spread awareness about their work.

  • Wondering what a knowledge management specialists do? I was too, for the first 2 months and therefore I did a lot of research on how to define knowledge management and what are the best practices in this field. I did a market research on how other companies approach documentation and knowledge sharing and learned from it. Right now I am working on comprehensive knowledge management strategy for our company. It has 2 dimension:
  • 1. Defining a governance around KM - the current state (our biggest challenges and opportunities), where we want to get as a company, how we want to build a real and strong knowledge sharing culture etc.
  • 2. Selection of a technology that will support the KM strategy and its goals - having demo calls with different vendors on KM, evaulating our current vs. future technology stack, building up business case, etc.
  • Once the final strategy is done, we can focus on implementation, which will of course bring new challenges.
  • In the meantime, I get to work with people from various departments and my job is very dynamic and my activities change from week to week.

  • In February 2022 I quit my job. I left a role in which I was doing pretty good, I felt appreciated and I loved my colleagues. But still, after never ending lockdowns and sudden loss of my dad, I felt empty and I had zero motivation. I’ve realised I didn´t enjoy the content of my work anymore and did not see my purpose. I was just so tired and even though I loved the company where I was working I just wanted to do nothing for a while. I traveled as much as possible, started to work out regularly, did some volunteer work due to war in Ukraine and spent as much time as possible with my family and friends. I re-organised my priorities and was thinking a lot about what I want to do in my career next and finally decided to pursue my career in recruiting. I had a chance to search for new people, lead interviews, organise and participate on job fairs and co-created one large recruiting campaign even during my work in Finance and this is something I enjoyed the most and therefore started to look for roles in this field.

  • I am a part of a Graduate&Leadership programme at Swiss Re. I am rotating through three core reinsurance departments to get a knowledge and skills in every one of them. My first rotation started at Finance where I was a member of Global investment reporting team. I performed successfully year-end closing and was responsible for reporting the investment data of selected legal entities. I prepared presentation of the financial results to the respective CFOs. In March 2020 I started working at Technical Accounting where I was responsible for handling portfolio of German/Turkish/Israeli clients. On daily basis I was performing various checks to validate the clients data and in case of any inconsistencies I had to communicate with our clients to identify and solve the issues. My last rotation was at Business services where I was responsible for the administration of new or renewed treaties between Swiss Re and our clients from austrian market. I was closely cooperating with the underwriters who were signing reinsurance treaties with the clients. During the whole programme I was able to strengthen my leadership skills through

  • creating a recruiting campaign for the new generation of Graduates and preparing onboarding of the newcomers
