I would describe myself as a banking professional taking a keen interest in banking. Till date, I have applied my skills in analysing and managing portfolios, providing investment advises and handling complaints, notices and queries. My corporate journey started when I joined ICICI Bank as the Customer Service Manager, and indulged in cross-selling, handling front-desk operations, and dealing with customer complaints and regulatory compliances. I was promoted as the Deputy Branch Manager and then as the Relationship Manager within few years. I mainly looked into the audit reports and ratings, reviewing regulatory requirements, managing working capital and analysing client profiles. Currently, I am working with Indusind Bank, where I look into identifying new business opportunities, managing portfolios of customers involved in Trade and forex. Looking forward to working on more interesting challenges.
