Till date, I have applied my skills in analysing and managing portfolios, providing investment advises and handling complaints, notices and queries. My corporate journey started when I joined ICICI Bank as the Customer Service Manager, and indulged in cross-selling, handling front-desk operations, and dealing with customer complaints and regulatory compliances.
