• Led the Paytm's Business app and built a strong android and ios team. Built the App POS solution allowing the merchants to accept payments via NFC. Improved app performance on various metrics like Startup time, frozen frames, cold/hot starts, battery and reviews. Defining monthly roadmaps in collaboration with business and product teams to bring a common vision across the board
• Led the digital ledger initiative "Paytm Business Khata" to allow merchants record credit/udhaar entries and send payment invoices to collect payments and track everything in paytm business app
• Built the Payment Merchant Ecosystem and became the first ever fintech unicorn. Grew the merchant payments department by 2000% (4 to 80) in 3 years to lead system scaling and handle multi million merchants at the time of India demonetization 2016.
